Jointly funded with NHS Charities Together , donations from our COVID-19 fund have supportedinnovative projects thatbring together NHS, social care and the voluntary sector to deliver strategic, integrated improvements to support out of hospital care. These projects include:
- You are not alone’– Parents in Partnership & Croydon Mencap

- Your Voice: Your Choice’ - CAYSH and Off the Record
Mental Health support and counselling to young people aged 16-24 who are at risk of or are homeless
- Lifting Lockdown’ - A partnership between the Asian Resource Centre, King’s College London, NHS South West London CCG, Croydon Health Services NHS Trust and One Croydon
Community outreach programme raising awareness of COVID-19, particularly among intergenerational households.
Local beneficiaries are having their lives changed thanks to these projects:
“I feel lucky to have come across this service. It has provided me with the opportunity to talk about and share my issues. I feel like I now have a wingman rather than having to venture into unknown territory alone.”
Working in partnership with organisations helps us to reach more beneficiaries and give back to local communities.
